We got this sweet treat gift as teachers in Primary. I figured out who made it, and tracked down the recipe. It was THAT good. It's super easy and quick to make too.
Since then, I've made it a lot. I sent some to my missionary, and eaten WAY too much of it. Now that it's the holidays, I'm thinking of making it again. To give away you ask? Hmmmm...of course. Thank you Camille!

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cubes butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cubes butter
Cook:
Above ingredients in microwave for 5 minutes
Add:
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Pour Over:
2 cups cashews
2 cups coconut
12 oz Rice Chex
Mix together, cool, enjoy.
